Swedish Massage can soothe those aches and pains, and make you feel more relaxed. It releases endorphins in your body to make you feel good and so bring your physical and emotional stress levels down. It helps your muscles to release any toxins that have built up and straightens out those knots.

Sports Massage tackles specific areas of discomfort and pain through a more focused approach. It involves a lot of techniques used in Swedish Massage but goes deeper into the tissues and more physical manipulation to resolve any anomalies.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) uses light, rhythmical, very precise hand movements, pressures and sequences and requires the therapist to develop a great degree of skill, having an intimate knowledge of the workings of the anatomy of the lymphatic system. The massage works at a skin level to influence the direction and speed of lymphatic flow, re-directing if necessary.

Pregnancy Massage (also known as prenatal massage) promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back.

Reiki (pron. Ray-key) is a therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualisation techniques. Its goal is to improve the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki means universal life energy in Japanese and practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki therapy is used to relieve stress and pain, and to improve the symptoms of various health conditions.
